Lucy is the connoisseur whose finely tuned skillset is the result of a 15-year career in HR, employment law and international agency recruitment. With degrees in Law and Psychology from the University of Otago, and an Associate CIPD Intermediate Certificate of Human Resources Management, Lucy has devoted the last decade to building teams and people strategy across New Zealand, the US and the UK.

 

Lucy balances her work-life by globetrotting, animal-loving, and playing tennis.

King of growth and opportunity, Matt has spent 30 years driving strategic sales, marketing and operations leadership inside and outside the health and wellness sector. The last decade has seen him focus particularly on leading customer experience and operations across the US and UK for Les Mills, and Orangetheory Fitness across the North and Midlands in the UK.

 

Famous for his ‘run Forest run’ gene, Matt may be found running through the nearest hills.
